Delivery was quick, chips were over cooked and hard, mixed kebab, the meat was all cold, and I mean cold, not just luke warm. Nuggets were ok, chicken strip wrap was warm not hot. Not the best we've had from there, v disappointed.

Honestly it’s getting worse and worse and worse, I’ve spent so much money over the years and really feel like it’s been taken over and there is no commitment to customer satisfaction. Over the last 6 orders I’ve had wrong food delivered so so many late deliveries and worse now - last night I was told by the delivery guy that it’s really busy and he came straight from the shop for me to get cold pizzas and I mean cold, had to wait even longer because they had to go in the oven at home - pointless order. I’m sorry but pull your finger out and stop just thinking of money saving, ie let’s give the driver 5 orders to deliver - obviously there going to get cold. I know nothing will get done with this review and my previous many orders will show I’ve been a customer for years, time to look elsewhere !

We order from here quite a lot and to be honest have never had a bad meal. The kids meals are big enough for an adult to eat. The chicken kebab is lovely. Chips are a bit burnt sometimes or covered in grease from the kebab meat so maybe put the chips in a seperate box. Overall great food.

Very disappointed with the quality of the food and the service from Wellingborough kebab house tonight. Food an hour late which was not updated on the app. Due to be delivered at 7:30 arrived at 8:30 with no apology for the hour delay. I phoned to follow up and just got told it will be with you soon. No concern or care about the delay. Food was bland and tasteless. I will not use this takeaway again which is a real shame after the number of years we have used you
