Very disappointed with the quality of the food and the service from Wellingborough kebab house tonight. Food an hour late which was not updated on the app. Due to be delivered at 7:30 arrived at 8:30 with no apology for the hour delay. I phoned to follow up and just got told it will be with you soon. No concern or care about the delay. Food was bland and tasteless. I will not use this takeaway again which is a real shame after the number of years we have used you

My food was brilliant... love the cheesy garlic bread. I asked for seperate salad no onion & seperate chips. Also plenty of 1000 island dressing. All these were done. So much food! I enjoyed it for tea & next day lunch & tea-all excellant

Hi, The food was cold and the chips were extremely greasy. We always order from you and have always had excellent food but tonight’s food wasn’t nice atall. We spent a lot of money on the order and was going to ring up for a refund. Is there anything you can do to rectify this please.

It was disgusting. Order took nearly 2 hours to be delivered on a Thursday night. Rang them several times to be told it’s on the way. Food came 1 hour 55mins after i ordered it and was stone cold. Thought the chips away and the dog eat the kabab. Never use them again.

Food order was wrong again - for the 2nd time in a row, the order has been wrong. I’ve ordered cheesy chips & paid extra for this for it to be missing again. And by the time the food actually arrived - barely warm I might add - everyone was so hungry so we didn’t call. Paid a lot of money for it to be wrong, cold, and late!!

Sadly, it wasn't the best today. It arrived 90 minutes after ordering - so 30 mins later than expected - and it was almost cold. We therefore had to heat everything up in the oven. Almost 2 hours after placing our order, we were able to finally sit down toeat. Everything was tasty as per usual.
